Founded by Emperor Charles IV in 1348, the first German-speaking university enjoys a great reputation worldwide. Four of the five medical faculties are located in the Bohemian town of Hradec Králové, which is about 100 km from Prague. With other universities and the Czech Military Academy, Hradec Králové is a real student town. Medicine graduates from Karls University can look forward to a highly accredited degree. |
